White Glove Service
What a more polished business looks like
To me, white-glove service means running a business in a way that feels professional, thoughtful, and easy to trust. It shows up in the everyday customer experience, in the way complaints are handled, and in how employees are treated behind the scenes. The goal is simple: less friction, fewer complaints, stronger reviews, and a business people feel good doing business with.
My Experience
Built on real operational experience
My background comes from real operational experience inside actual businesses, not just outside advice. I’ve worked inside grooming and service-based businesses, helped build teams, improved systems, and dealt with the kind of day-to-day operational problems that owners actually face as a company grows.

I’ve helped build grooming businesses from one groomer up to 20+ employees, and I understand how quickly things can get messy when the business depends too much on the owner, the systems are unclear, or the team is operating without enough structure.

My approach is practical, honest, and grounded in helping business owners fix what isn’t working so the business can run more clearly, more consistently, and with less weight on their shoulders.
